Bundesliga news: Dortmund star Marco Reus to wait and see amid interest from Al Nassr

Borussia Dortmund captain Marco Reus is reluctant to reveal his thoughts on his future at the Bundesliga club as he weighs other possibilities.

The 33-year-old has reportedly attracted the attention of Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr, and with his contract expiring in June, it is possible he could leave on a free transfer.

It is not yet clear where Reus is headed, but for now he is focused on the job at hand with BVB, which has fallen to sixth in the Bundesliga standings.

“That’s why I have an agent, to take care of these things,” Reus told reporters at Borussia Dortmund’s training ground in Marbella.

“Of course you look forward. I still have half a year left on my contract, I have to think about it.

“We’ll have talks and we’ll see where it goes. We’ll see what the future holds.”

“I’m here to get fit and push the team further because we have a lot to do to catch up. That’s my focus.”

The Bundesliga resumes on January 20 and Dortmund will play Augsburg on the 22nd.
